REFUND POLICY

This Document Is Published In Accordance With The Provisions Of Rule 3 (1) Of The Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 That Require Publishing The Rules And Regulations, Privacy Policy And Terms Of Use For Access Or Usage Of The Domain Name www.pondyboating.in (The “Website/App”) And Should Be Read Along With The Terms Of Service And Privacy Policy Displayed On The Website.

CANCELLATION

1) Users may cancel their booking through call our customer support for cancellation. Whether the user receives a full refund, a partial refund, or receives no refund depends on the circumstances.

2) The cancellation policy may vary depending on the type of booking, the specific service or activity, and any applicable terms and conditions communicated during the booking process.

3) Cancellations made within the specified cancellation period may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

4) Cancellation charges will be applicable as per cancellation policy which is as follows.

i) Before 24 hours from pickup time = 20% Deduction

ii) Before 12 hours from pickup time = 50% Deduction

REFUND

1) Refunds may be subject to deductions for administrative fees, transaction costs, and any non-recoverable expenses incurred by Pondy Marina Boathouse in connection with the booking.

2) Reversal request should reach to us within 24 Hours of transaction time

3) Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking.

4) You will get the refund automatically on your bank account if your booking failed, If you don’t get the refund then you are required to contact us thorugh by mail or call directly to us, mention your Transaction ID, Transaction Amount, Date Of Payment & Booking Date.

ARRIVALS CONDITIONS

1) If you are failed to arrive on timing for your trip no refund will be provided but we will make your trip happen on next ride if possible .

2) It is your responsibility to ensure that you arrive on time for your scheduled activity.

WEATHER & SAFETY

1) In the event of unfavorable weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances that may affect the safety or feasibility of the booked activity, We reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the activity.

2) If the activity is canceled by Sri Annai Boats & Adventures due to weather or safety concerns, you may be eligible for a refund oralternative booking arrangement. Refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis
